Your bill is based on the highest number of active students at any point during the term — not who's enrolled on the last day. This means you can't reduce a bill by removing students before term ends, and it also means we can't accidentally bill you less than what you actually used. It's a fair floor for both sides. You should never need to worry about timing — just run your school.
